▸　CMOS MEMS Micro Sensors with On-chip Readout Circuits

Abstract
❝　MEMS sensors have been used extensively in many ways in our daily lives. The integration of micro sensors with ASIC readout circuits is a key issue to ensure the proper functioning and interfacing of the sensors in the system. CMOS MEMS is a technology platform to design and fabricate micro sensors using commercial CMOS foundry services. This technology enables on-chip integration of MEMS sensors and CMOS ASIC readout circuits with minimum extra packaging cost. In this talk, I will presents a number of CMOS MEMS sensors that explored various sensing and data readout principles. 　❞
