FYI: KMUTT will support 2 main presenters (2 projects) and 1 accompanying lecturer (or faculty member) with 2 night stays from 30 April to 2 May 2018. For project presentation, at least 1 oral presentation is required. Please note that the two students will share a twin room and the lecturer will have a single room.  If students would like to come earlier or stay longer, we can help book the accommodation for them (in case they would like to stay at the place we will provide during the event), then they need to shoulder the expenses on their own. The cost of our guesthouse is around 2000-2200 per room per night.

For students, please submit both Application Form and Registration Form. As for the faculty member, please submit Registration Form only. Kindly check out the deadline of submission in the Call for Presentations.

Please note that regarding the support, we can accept only 16 papers from overseas. Therefore, we have the right to decline the application.
