The Ministry of Education has established the Academic Awards to encourage academic research and enhance academic standards. 

The Academic Awards honor person who have actively engaged in academic research in Taiwan and have made important contributions or achieved outstanding accomplishments, and whose work is recognized by the academic community.

Congratulations to Prof. Yeh Jien-Wei of the Department of Materials Science and Engineering on Receiving the National Academic Award from the Ministry of Education in 2024.
